He went from a globetrotting bachelor in NYC to having a beautiful wife , and twins.
He became a real estate investor and has invested and sold prime properties in the hot areas of Montclair, NJ and Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. In 2025, he opened Mata Twins Realty LLC with the intention to pass the business on to his children. And became an investor in KRR Corp real estate investor group.
Became part owner in ChiLiving, the parent company to ChiRunning & ChiWalking.
Gave careful attention to who was in his life and now only creates friendships with people who enrich his life
Joel likes to continually shake up his molecules. For example, he competed in the Elite Physique Championships, placing 1st in the Transformation Category, 2nd in Men’s Novice category, and 3rd in the Men’s Classic Physique category. He was in bikini bottoms at 53 in front of judges and over 150 spectators and competitors…
